A certain genre of small critter is giving its last great stand before the cold months come in! And they're, uh... everywhere. Maybe your poffin could lend a hand?

Whether they're looking for little grubs under logs, or perhaps venturing into deep space for something more... extraterrestrial, 'tis the season for finding crawlies of all kinds!

For this prompt, draw or write about your Poffin looking for some kind of bug! If drawing or describing bugs in detail isn't your thing, you may instead choose to simply create something relating to your Poffin enjoying nature!

✦ Rules ✦

• Basic guidelines:
  • All submissions should follow one of the two themes, being either BUGS or DISCOVERING NATURE. 'Bugs' is not strictly enforced, and you may interperet as you wish within reason!
  • All entries must be within the Poffins TOS - they may be PG-13 at most! Violence and language are permitted, granted they aren't too harsh or graphic.
  • All entries must include at least one Poffin! If you don't have one of your own, you may use our NPCs or draw or write with a Poffin that permits the respective gift types. Additionally, non-Poffins are permitted to be included, but the Poffin character must remain the focus of the piece.
  • You may only submit one entry for this prompt's set reward, however submissions to the gallery only are unlimited.
• Drawing guidelines:
  • All drawn entires must be at least a flat colored halfbody that fits the theme.
  • Realistic depictions of arachnids must be given a content warning, as it's a common phobia!
• Writing guidelines:
  • Written entires must be at least 400 words long and fit the theme.
  • Writing should be free of intentionally odd text quirks (except for cases of in-character dialog, or to convey an in-story feeling of unease or a 'glitch' effect) - as staff needs to be able to read these!
