You may ONLY void/discontinue designs made by yourself or with the original designer's permission.
To void a Poffin designed by someone other than yourself, you will need to provide a screenshot of them giving you permission.
Official, Mod, and Guest Artist Poffins may NOT be voided except under exceptional circumstances and are on a case by case basis.
Voiding/Discontinuing A Poffin:
- Make sure the Poffin you're voiding is a design by you or that you have the original designer's permission (please provide proof).
- Species specific traits that must be removed: "butterfly" shaped ears + tassels, charms, and false eyes in ears.
- Things that do not need to be changed or removed: kemonomimi ears and tail/s in general, leg and arm markings, paws, etc.
- After making the appropriate changes to the design, contact the ToyHouse Masterlist account. Please title the note "Voiding - (your username)" and in the body of the message include a link to the masterlist upload and your proposed redesign.
- A mod will reply to you to let you know if the redesign is acceptable or if it needs any changes.
- After having your redesign accepted, the masterlist will be updated. Designs will not be removed from the masterlist website but will be given a note saying the design has been discontinued and their tag changed to VOID.
Unvoiding a Poffin requires the appropriate rarity MYO slot and requires the original designer's permission.
